1.How the Loyalty Card Works
- Enrollment: Clients automatically enroll in the Loyalty Card program after their first service with us.
- Earning Points: Clients earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services. Points are accumulated with each appointment.
- Reward Tiers:
- *50 Points: Receive a *$10 discount** on your next service.
- *100 Points: Receive a *$25 discount** on your next service.
- *150 Points: Receive a *free service of your choice (up to a value of $100).
2.Redemption of Points
- Points can be redeemed at the time of booking or upon arrival for the service.
- Points can only be redeemed for services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.Expiration Policy
- Loyalty points will expire one year from the date they were earned if not redeemed.
- Clients will receive a reminder via email 30 days before their points expire.
4.Lost or Stolen Cards
- Clients should keep their Loyalty Cards secure. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- If a client loses their card, they can contact us to retrieve their points using the information from their booking history.
5.Terms and Conditions
- Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Card program at any time.
