Earn Reward Points

Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa values our clients and is excited to introduce our Loyalty Card program! This program is designed to reward our loyal customers with exclusive benefits and discounts.

1.How the Loyalty Card Works

  • Enrollment: Clients automatically enroll in the Loyalty Card program after their first service with us.
  • Earning Points: Clients earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services. Points are accumulated with each appointment.
  • Reward Tiers:
  • *50 Points: Receive a *$10 discount** on your next service.
  • *100 Points: Receive a *$25 discount** on your next service.
  • *150 Points: Receive a *free service of your choice (up to a value of $100).

2.Redemption of Points

  • Points can be redeemed at the time of booking or upon arrival for the service.
  • Points can only be redeemed for services and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.Expiration Policy

  • Loyalty points will expire one year from the date they were earned if not redeemed.
  • Clients will receive a reminder via email 30 days before their points expire.

4.Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Clients should keep their Loyalty Cards secure. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • If a client loses their card, they can contact us to retrieve their points using the information from their booking history.

5.Terms and Conditions

  • Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Card program at any time.
