Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa (Discount Card Policy)
To enhance our loyalty program and reward our valued clients, Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa is excited to introduce Discount Cards for clients who book services with us.
2. Eligibility
- All clients who book and complete a treatment with Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa are eligible to receive a Discount Card.
- Discount Cards are issued at the conclusion of the service.
3. Discount Card Benefits
- Each Discount Card provides the holder with a 10% discount on their next service booking.
- Discount Cards can be used for any service offered by Mellisauna’s Oasis Mobile Spa, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
4. Usage Guidelines
- Discount Cards must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival for the service.
- Only one Discount Card can be used per booking; they cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Discount Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
- Clients must keep their Discount Cards safe; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- If a client forgets their Discount Card, they will not be eligible for the discount unless the card can be verified in our records.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment must do so in accordance with our existing cancellation policy.
- If a client cancels their appointment after receiving a Discount Card, they will still retain the card for future use.
7. Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome feedback regarding our Discount Card program. Clients are encouraged to share their thoughts, which will help us improve and tailor our services to better meet your needs.
